Igor R. Toshchakov (L.A. Igrok), in addition to being a TWO TIMES LOTTERY WINNER, is also a professional FOREX market trader, international private funds' manager, and educator since 1993. Fifteen secondary prizes (with 4 out of 5 winning numbers being guessed correctly) also won by me in the process seem like a good indicator of further potential major wins in the future. It seems the lottery has become yet another hobby of mine.I have all the reasons to believe that my concept is the only legit way to increase the chances of winning a lottery as it is based on such scientific instruments as math and statistics. After reading the book yesterday i put a worksheet together last night. I done a set of test numbers and when i woke this morning to update my numbers i was impressed with the results. I ran 2 sets of numbers one set had 2 4of5 numbers and smaller wins and one set had the jackpot and a 4of5 and a bunch of smaller wins wish i would have bought tickets instead of testing first.
